Pastor Iren warns married women against constantly correcting their husbands

Pastor Iren has warned married women that constantly correcting their husbands could negatively affect romance and communication in their relationships.

The pastor gave the advice while speaking on relationship and marriage matters, urging women to avoid constantly telling their partners what to do.

According to him, excessive correction could make a man begin to see his wife as a mother rather than a romantic partner, potentially affecting the spark in the relationship.

“And women, listen to me. Stop trying to tell the man what to do all the time. You will k+ll the romance in that house. A man you correct all the time will start seeing you as his mother. He will start seeing you as his mom. And now you’re wondering where the spark has gone to. You’re correcting him all the time. It won’t work. It will not work.”

He advised women to learn to allow their partners to make mistakes and to communicate their concerns as suggestions rather than instructions.

“And sometimes you must learn to allow him be wrong. You see, suggest, don’t instruct.”

Pastor Iren added that adopting this approach could also encourage men to listen more willingly to their partners and feel more comfortable receiving advice from them.

“If you do what I’m saying, the man will learn to listen to you more. And he will feel safe listening to you.”
